Bernhardt Furniture Company warrants its wood products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for five (5) years from the initial shipment date to the dealer. Defective furniture will be repaired or replaced at Bernhardt's discretion, or financial remuneration may be offered if repair or replacement is not feasible. This warranty is exclusive, and no person is authorized to create any additional obligations or liabilities for Bernhardt.
