It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all merchandise at the time of pick-up and/or delivery. Jennifer Furniture will not be responsible for damages that are not reported within two (2) days from the date of delivery/pickup. Jennifer Furniture will not be responsible for handling damage to any merchandise that has been moved/caused by misuse or negligence of the purchaser and not covered under the guarantee. This guarantee is non-transferable. In the event of a manufacturer defect, Jennifer Furniture will have the defective item serviced at no charge, providing it is within the guarantee period. In the event that a component, style, or fabric that is needed as a replacement have been discontinued, Jennifer Furniture reserves the right to replace such defective component, style, or fabric/leather with a comparable alternative. Jennifer Furniture will not assume responsibility for dye lot variances on any items serviced beyond the one year guarantee period for upholstery/leather.
To qualify for this guarantee, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase by supplying the order number from the sales receipt and/or the receipt.
Floor samples are sold in As-Is condition, no returns, no refunds, no exchanges, no service, and/or no cancellations after 72 hours if the merchandise has not been picked up. All sales are final and merchandise must be picked up or delivered within 5 business days. Buyers must bring his or her own help when picking up merchandise. Jennifer Furniture does not supply help or packing materials for pickups. Jennifer Furniture stores are not responsible for any damages that may occur during and after pickup.
All size and measurements remain the responsibility of the buyer.
