Frequently Asked Questions

1. What Is Floor Sample Furniture?

Floor samples are furniture pieces that have been used for display purposes in a showroom or store. They give customers a real-life view of how furniture looks, feels, and functions in a place.

These pieces have been tried and tested by numerous customers. However, they aren't subjected to the everyday wear and tear that our furniture undergoes in our home.
This means you’re getting high-quality, often designer or premium pieces, at a significant discount.

2. Are The Floor Sample Items In Jennifer Furniture’s Patchogue Still In Good Condition?

The answer is an obvious yes. People assume that if they are sold at huge discounts, it means they are cheap in quality or damaged.

That's a misunderstanding. They may show minor signs of wear (though this is rare), especially those pieces of furniture like sofas and chairs, but they are fully functional and still look fantastic.

Rest assured that these imperfections are usually superficial, and they don't affect the overall usability or appearance of the furniture.
