item quality is excellent, in the wake of utilizing for quite some time I am especially fulfilled.This couch was easy enough to assemble that I was actually able to do it by myself once Fedex dropped it off. No tools were required and all hardware was included. The cushions were a little hard at first, but after a week of use they are starting to loosen up a bit. The material is soft and I like that all the cushions including the back ones unzip if they needed to be cleaned for any reason although I wouldn't recommend them to be put in like a washer or dryer because if they shrink even a little they will not fit anymore so if you have pets, you may want to be careful. Overall, I love this couch, it is a perfect addition to our new home.

This couch is perfect for a smaller space! Cute sectional, especially liked the light gray color. Definitely worth the $500 price tag. Assembling the cushions was a little difficult, you really have to use some strength to pull the cushions over the back, some of them are a very tight fit. Its a firm but comfy enough couch for the price tag especially the chaise part which I primarily use. Overall great buy!
